Neighbourhood Watchdog Programme

We launched the Ana Support Neighbourhood Watchdog programmes to enhance community safety and reduce pressure on local law enforcement. This initiative began with thorough planning and weekends of hard work by our dedicated staff, focusing on creating a WhatsApp group for fast communication among residents. We surveyed hundreds of homes, building a strong network and showing our commitment to proactive engagement. With a personal connection to the neighbourhood, we led efforts to combat crime effectively. We also introduced a 72-hour welfare check programmes for the elderly and prioritising their well-being. Our efforts included organising patrols and raising awareness about safety and crime prevention. The programme has been successfully established, with active participation from many members, and we are proud of our achievements.
